was recorded, Max Kepler opened up the rally as he drew a walk. Chase
Anderson then threw a pitch that the catcher muffed. One out later, Nelson
Cruz then drew a walk. Eddie Rosario stepped in and he reached on an error.
Jorge Polanco stepped into the box and slapped a single bringing in two
baserunners. C.J. Cron extended the rally and laced a one-base hit scoring
the final run of the inning. New York (FL) had 10 hits in the game while
Minnesota had 7, but Minnesota had the more timely hits.
The victory went to Martin Perez(10-8) who went 6 and 2/3 innings, allowing 2
