GOLD CUP 250 CHALLENGE SERIES – RULES FOR 2026

I. ENTERING THE TOURNAMENT (A) This tournament is being held in honor of the 250th anniversary of American independence. It will be a Strat-O-Matic Baseball Windows PC tournament in which the participants create CMs and the tournament organizer (Steve Beren) autoplays all the games. There is no entry fee. There will be $250.00 in prize money ($150.00 for first place, $60.00 for second place, and $40.00 for third place). The tournament will conclude on or before Independence Day (July 4, 2026). (B) Each tournament participant shall provide their first and last name, plus their state of residence (or Canadian province, or foreign country). Tournament play will begin after Presidents Day (February 16, 2026) once the new version of the Windows PC game is released.
