Blue Sox Game #75 - Blue Sox 4, Minnesota 1 (10 minutes). Blue Sox starter Dylan Bundy gave the bullpen a much-needed rest, going 7-1/3 innings and striking out 9, and holding Minnesota scoreless until Miguel Sano hit a solo homer with 1 out in the top of the 8th. Juan Nicasio took over from there, retiring the next 5 Minnesota batters for the save. Minnesota starter Kyle Gibson was hit hard and lasted just 1 inning, surrendering a 2-run homer to Derek Dietrich and rbi singles to Leury Garcia and Welington Castillo. Sano went 3-for-4 for Minnesota, and Garcia went 3-for-4 for the Blue Sox. The Blue Sox are now 35-40, tied with Cleveland for 6th place, and 3 games behind the 5th place Mets (38-37).
